About The Artist
Logan Kirkpatrick’s work is a quiet meditation on aloneness—not loneliness, but the complex terrain between solitude’s comfort and its aching edges. Raised in a lakeside town where most residents disappeared in the off-season, Kirkpatrick became intimately familiar with the echo of emptiness and the richness it can offer. That early experience became the foundation of her practice: using boats, buildings, and reflective surfaces as quiet metaphors for human presence and absence. Her paintings hold space for stillness, inviting viewers to consider what it means to sit with ourselves—where reflection becomes both a literal and emotional gesture. Through her evocative imagery, she creates moments of pause, asking us to see aloneness not as lack, but as landscape.
